Founded by Mothers for Mothers
Created by two mothers—Sarah Persitz, a Somatic practitioner and spiritual midwife and Ashlie Yair, Full Spectrum Doula, and Parenting Coach —Motherswell is a monthly circle for connection, reflection, and collective nourishment.
Each gathering invites us to slow down, ground, and come together in the realness of motherhood. Here, you’ll find a space to be seen, to be heard, and to be held.
We move with the seasons and the energies of the year, exploring themes of matrescence such as identity and selfhood, relationships and partnership, power and voice, longing and loneliness, love and loss, body and belonging. Through conversation, ritual, and embodied practice, we weave a community where what feels heavy can be shared, what feels hidden can be named, and what feels sacred can be honored.

Tending the Inner Soil
April brings us fully into spring; what has begun to stir is now asking for care and attention. This is a moment to notice what’s taking root and what feels truly aligned.
Together, we’ll ground, clarify, and gently tend to what is ours in this season.

In Full Bloom
May arrives in full bloom; beauty, intensity, and aliveness all at once. It invites us into the heart, into deeper feeling, and into the complexity of what it means to mother and be mothered.
Together, we’ll make space for the full spectrum and honor what’s present without needing to resolve it.

Rooted in Expansion
June brings the height of the light; a season of expansion, connection, and outward energy. And with that fullness can come a pull to overextend or lose ourselves in the movement.
Together, we’ll return to center and explore what it means to stay rooted as life expands.
