Motherhood asks us to navigate constant change, stimulation, emotion and responsibility — often within a culture that offers far less support than mothers were ever meant to have.
In this circle, we’ll turn our attention to our nervous systems: how our earliest experiences and families of origin shaped the ways we respond to stress, what happens in our bodies when we become activated or overwhelmed, and how those patterns show up in motherhood.
Together, we’ll explore what helps us find our way back to ourselves — through practical nervous system tools, breathwork and embodied practice, as well as connection, spirituality, and meaning. Not as another thing to get right, but as a way of understanding ourselves more deeply and discovering what genuinely supports us.
Our December circle will be held on December 13th, 4–6 pm in Kingston.
